Custom Flag Mockup Tool
Rough out a layout, drop in your logo, and send it over with your request. It saves us a round trip — but it's completely optional. You're just as welcome to email us, using the form below the tool, your artwork with a description and we'll take it from there.
This makes a mockup, not print-ready art. It's a visual reference for size, placement and layout only. Once you send it over, our team reviews your artwork and will usually need to redraw or vectorize it before anything goes to production.
Rough it out however close you can get and flag it for our design team. We'll take your artwork and specs and build the layout properly, then send you a proof to approve.

Artwork & how the process works
The gold standard: vector art
Vector graphics are the preferred format for custom flags. Unlike photos, which are built from pixels, vector art is described with mathematical paths — so it can be scaled from a business card to a car-lot flag with no loss of sharpness.
Formats we can work from: .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .EPS, .SVG, and .PDF saved as press-quality vector.
Using a photo or raster image instead
If vector art isn't available, send the highest resolution file you have. Aim for 150–300 DPI at the actual physical print size. .TIFF is ideal; high-quality .PNG and .JPG also work.
Avoid graphics pulled straight from a website or social media — those are compressed for screens and go grainy as soon as they're enlarged to flag scale.
If you don't have print-ready art, we'll redraw it
For a small one-time art charge, our team can recreate your logo or graphic as clean, scalable vector art. That guarantees a sharp flag, and you keep the high-quality file to use for any future branding. (Keep in mind we offer promotional products and custom apparel as well!)
This is common and nothing to worry about — most of what comes through this tool gets redrawn.
What happens after you send it
We review your artwork and specs, then send back a quote and a production proof for approval. Typical turnaround is one week from proof approval.
Please make sure your request includes size, quantity, and the date you need it — the spec sheet this tool generates covers all three.

Mockups are a layout reference, not a color-accurate match — screen color and dyed fabric behave differently. All artwork is reviewed by our production team before anything is cut, printed or sewn.
